HOURS + CANCELLATION POLICY

 

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP HOURS & POLICIES

  • DAYCARE HOURS: 

    • Monday-Friday: 7:30am-6:30pm 

  • BOARDING HOURS:

    • ​Monday-Friday: 7:30am-6:30pm 

    • Saturday-Sunday: 10am-6:30pm

  • Please do your best sticking to your stated drop-off/pick-up times as we coordinate errand trips outside of the home, meet and greets, dog walking, and other drop-offs daily. 

  • NO drop-offs or pick-ups on Federal holidays. Stay MUST go through Holiday.

  • Please schedule your flight/travel arrangements in accordance with our hours.

  • If you are running behind or earlier than expected do not hesitate to text the main number and let us know. We will try to work with you.

  • We do not charge late pick up or added daycare fees.​ Our pricing is based on a fee-free model.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES

  • Cancel within 24 hours notice: FULL refund

  • Same day cancellations: NO refund

    • Unused funds will be credited for future needs.

  • Cancellations during Federal Holidays: 50% refund. NO credits.

    • We are 100% booked during the Holiday. Canceling your stay takes away from another dog who was likely turned down. ​Credits may be applicable for extenuating circumstances to be determined by Pupquatics.

  • Rescheduling: NO fees

  • Holiday Fee: $10 additional fee on all Federally observed Holidays

  • Dog daycare only: If your pup is left overnight you will be charged an additional overnight stay of $40.

  • Dog walking only: If Pupquatics shows up for a scheduled dog walking visit and the owner is home, the dog is not home, or entrance into the home is unknowingly hindered, you will be charged ONE walking session.
