1. CURBSIDE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
When you arrive for drop-off or pick-up, you may continue to text 443-739-4496 to let us know your arrival. Please wait by your car with pup on leash and their belongings ready to go.
You may now also ring our doorbell.
If you forget your phone, please ring our doorbell.
Be sure to review your invoice for boarding or daycare location. This is important as we opened our second location July 2020. Curbside instructions will also be detailed in the invoice.
2. FACE MASKS
PQ staff will continue to be masked. Clients are no longer required to be masked at drop off or pick up.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Paypal and through online invoicing.
Beginning August 2021, payment will be required in full prior to a daycare or boarding stay. Pup will not be able to be dropped off until payment is made.
All procedures, instructions, and daycare or boarding location will also be detailed in your invoice prior to your reservation.
4. MEET AND GREETS
Meetings will take place outdoors rain, shine, heat or cold until further notice. Kindly dress for outdoor weather. We are a home-based business and continue to limit indoor access to all clients at this time. We are happy to send photos of our space! Photos are also available in our gallery.
5. BEHAVIORAL CHANGES
After many months of isolation home with your pup, he/she may have initial anxieties as they adjust back to a social setting away from home. They may exhibit new behaviors previously unseen. If this is your pup's first time at daycare or boarding, it's possible they may have separation anxiety. Your pup may need to gradually start with half days of daycare, to full days, and a trial overnight stay to ensure their comfort. We will be as transparent as possible with any behaviors, and do the best we can to ensure a comfortable stay.
